• Nominations must be made in writing and must include the curriculum vitae of the nominee along with a letter of intent describing how the candidate meets the eligibility requirements as outlined above.

To submit a nomination electronically, send an email to info@ccgp.org. Include CCGP Board of Commissioners Nomination in the subject line.

2011 Deadline: The deadline for receipt of nomination materials for the 2011 CCGP Call for Board of Commissioner Nominations, August 31, 2011 5pm eastern time.

Upon election, the new Commisioner(s) will serve a three-year term of office, commencing on October 1, 2011.
