The Commission for Certification in Geriatric Pharmacy offers this service to locate a Certified Geriatric Pharmacist along with basic information about that pharmacist.  The specific information provided about each pharmacist is controlled by the individual pharmacist.  Each CGP has the option to include or exclude telephone number, link for e-mail contact, or address for a blog or business web site.

We are currently changing to a new system for searching for CGPs.  During this transition process, we have a new search feature and an older search feature.  The new search feature is currently limited to locating CGPs in North America (Canada and the United States).  International pharmacists outside North America will be added to this new search feature in the near future. 

The new search feature requires entry of a Login ID and a Password on the login page.  Use this login information:

Login ID:  Public

Password:  Search12345

After logging in, click on the word "Search". You may search by entering the last name of a specific CGP in the "Name" field or by choosing a State or Canadian province from the dropdown menu in the "State" field.

The older search feature includes international pharmacists.  When the pharmacists outside North America are added to the new search feature, this older system will be eliminated.
